Return Policy
All purchases are final. We also do not do refunds, cancellations or exchanges for another product. Expenses related to transport, duty/tax or any type of service are non-refundable.
If for any specific reason a refund is made, the amount will be made in euros at the rate in force at the time of the refund. The cardholder assumes responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rate and/or fees levied by their bank.
Payment
For now we only use Paypal as a means of payment. If the client have any inconvenient, please contact us to find another way.
Shipping
Whenever possible, the order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. In certain cases, as of art toys, key chains, paintings, the delivery period may be longer. Because we make small quantities at once so that we do not have excess stock, thus preventing the waste of materials.
But don't worry you will receive your Tomy as soon as possible.
We only ship to some countries in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden). If you are not an European Citizen, or your country is not on the list, please contact us and we will find the best solution to make your purchase possible.
All orders will be sent via CTT or DHL with a mandatory signature request. Shipping costs will depend on the volume and weight of each item and the value is automatically calculated at the time of purchase.
Loboytomy will not be responsible for any payment that may arise from TAX, customs costs, taxes, service fees... that may be charged by the delivery destination or transport company. If any of these types of payment arise, it will be exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
Lobotomy is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees, TAX, customs costs, taxes, service fees.... so that the order can be forwarded again. If you refuse to accept the delivery, we will refund only the product value.
Damages
All orders must be verified within 15 days and communicated. Any defects or damages in the product will be analysed by us, with the proof of evidence of photographs and detailed descriptions. We emphasize that our products may have small imperfections as they are produced by hand or manual processes. On these occasions it is not considered as a defect or a damaged item.
