I regret my purchase. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for another product or another version?
We do not accept returns or refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.
Can I track my order?
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, which includes the CTT or DHL tracking number. To track your package, sign in your account or click in the link below.
When will I receive my order?
Whenever possible, the order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. In certain cases, as of art toys, key chains, paintings, the delivery period will be longer, since the product only starts to be produced from the moment the purchase is made.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all orders via CTT or DHL with required signature.
Can I contact you directly with any questions?
Please visit the CONTACT US page on the website to submit any questions regarding your order. We will try our best to reply to your question(s) within 72 hours.
What type of payment do you use?
For now we only use the payment method via Paypal. If you have any problems, get in touch, but not too hard.
I don't live in Europe. Can I order a product?
We can try, but it will depend on bureaucracy and shipping costs. Contact us to inform us which products do you want and your address and we will try to arrange a carrier to deliver. As soon as we have this information we will send you an email with the shipping costs. As soon as you confirm, we will ship.
I got to shipment taxes to pay. Does Loboytomy is responsible for them?
Lobotomy is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees, TAX, customs costs, taxes, service fees.... so that the order can be forwarded again. If you refuse to accept the delivery, we will refund only the product value.
What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?
All packaging is just a protection against damage. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.
My product is damaged. What can I do?
All orders must be verified within 15 days and communicated. Any defects or damages in the product will be analysed by us, with the proof of evidence of photographs and detailed descriptions.

Our products may have small imperfections as they are produced by hand. On these occasions it is not considered as a defect or a damaged item.

Is Loboytomy sustainable?
We are a conscious movement that tries minimize the side effects of our products. Although every step of the production has its own natural side effects, some of our eco strategies are based on water based ink and eco certificate on the choice of our materials.Our artoys boxes are not the most fancy ones. In fact, we don't want them to be. This was an additional conscience decision, made in order to reduce the product footprint. We plant a tree for every art Toy that we sell. If you have any suggestion or observation, we are pleased to hear your ideas, only if it is not a shitty idea.
